Challenges
A challenge is a project that a Fellow chooses to make the centerpiece of participation in the Punch Sulzberger Program. The challenge must be one of the two or three most essential problems facing the news enterprise. Participants tailor their projects to meet the specific and ongoing needs of their organizations. The project is not separate from their daily work; rather it is a project that is essential to the sustainability and profitability of the organization.
