Doris Hart
Doris Hart is the chief copy editor of Axel Springer AG’s BILD newspaper, where she has been a member of its board of editors since August 2011. Her responsibilities include being part of the daily as well as the general decision making process within the chief editorial department of BILD as well as overseeing the reporting, writing, general editing, text approval, and page release of the newspaper.
She held a number of editing positions at the paper prior to her promotion, including being a member of the board of editors of BILD am SONNTAG; news chief of BILD am SONNTAG; head of the regional editor department Hamburger Abendblatt; and assistant Head of Editor Department BILD Hannover, among other posts.
Besides her daily job, she is involved in several projects that involve how to boost female aspects in the newspaper.
She attended Kiel University from March 1992 to September 1993 where she trained in Roman languages.
