Jean-Paul Schwindt
As Sales and Marketing Director at Edipresse, Jean-Paul Schwindt is part of the management team that is composed of the CEO and the Editorial Director. He is in charge of a budget of 161€ million, and supervises a team of seven managers. His duties include managing a brand portfolio of 10 digital and print brands.
The Marketing and Sales department consist of more than 165 employees, working in numerous departments such as: Advertising Sales, “Reader market” sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Back Office and Digital activities.
Schwindt holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from the EBS Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh where he expects to earn his MBA in June 2012.
He joined Edipresse Publications SA in 2009. Edipresse is part of the Tamedia organization, a major media company, located in Lausanne that manages the publication of newspapers, magazines and digital media with a workforce of 600.
Before joining Edipress, Schwindt worked for a number of companies where he was responsible for building brand portfolios, public relations and media campaigns.
