Jonathan D. Wells
Jonathan Wells joined The Christian Science Monitor in 1998 as the director of business development and electronic publishing. This position provided creative leadership to the business side of the Monitor’s website, as well as to advertising sales for the newspaper. The position also played a key role in development of new business models and market positioning for the Monitor in all its forms.
In 2005, Jonathan was appointed managing publisher for The Christian Science Monitor. As managing publisher he is responsible for all aspects of Monitor publishing (print, web and electronic products) including development and implementation of vision and goals for marketing, circulation, communications/PR, finance, pre-press production, sales and syndication.
