Marc Lemcke
In 2010, Marc Lemcke founded Jule Holding, a company which creates and invests in media ventures. Until recently, he’s been attached with CNC, an international communications firm he co-founded in 2002. With CNC, Mr. Lemcke developed and managed integrated communications and crisis management programs for both large and mid-sized corporations. Before heading CNC's New York operations, Mr. Lemcke was Chief Operating Officer of CNC AG in Munich. There, he managed media, financial relations, crisis counseling and communications for major European equity transactions, including one awarded Best M&A Deal of the Year by the Financial News Awards for Corporate Excellence in Capital Markets. Prior to founding CNC, Mr. Lemcke was Senior Manager of Corporate Communications with DaimlerChrysler AG, where he managed an international team responsible for global communications support and major transaction communications. He also was the Managing Director of DaimlerChrysler TV Media, a major TV and media service provider in Germany. Marc Lemcke holds a degree in Business Administration and Japanese Studies from the University of Applied Science in Rhineland-Palatinate and an MBA in media management from Steinbeis University in Berlin. He served as an aide to the former Minister of Economic Planning in Japan, Tetsuo Kondo. Mr. Lemcke is a Zeit-Foundation alumni and member of the "Atlantik-Brücke", the oldest German-American friendship organization. He is fluent in German, English and Japanese.
