Rosemary Goudreau
Rosemary Goudreau was the editorial page editor of The Tampa Tribune during the Punch Sulzberger Program. Previously she was the managing editor of The Cincinnati Enquirer. In Cincinnati, she received a prestigious community leadership award for a newspaper-citizen initiative that got neighbors talking about solutions to racial tensions. Rosemary also has held senior editing positions in St. Louis, Norfolk, VA, and Washington, D.C. She spent the first half of her career as an award-winning reporter, covering the medical beat at The Orlando Sentinel and later The Miami Herald. She was a 1990 Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford University and is a graduate of the University of Florida. She served five years on the board of the Associated Press Managing Editors and currently is the vice president of the Florida Society of Newspaper Editors. She is married to Mark Stang, who writes books on baseball. They live in South Tampa.
