Sara Just is the Senior Washington Editor for ABC News Digital. Based in Washington, she oversees all political and DC-based coverage for ABCNews.com, the broadband cable channel, ABCNewsNow, and ABC’s mobile platforms. She manages daily editorial content, the development and production of original video programs, and a variety of online special features.

Just also manages key partnerships, sales and content initiatives to drive traffic, visibility and innovation at ABC News Digital. In late 2011, ABC News announced a premier partnership with Yahoo! Just works closely on that initiative, partnering with Yahoo! on political coverage for the 2012 election year.

A veteran television producer, Just spent 17 years at ABC’s “Nightline” as a senior producer and producer, working closely with anchorman Ted Koppel on a wide variety of programs and news events.

She is the recipient of nine Emmy Awards, two duPont Silver Batons, two Peabody Awards, and an RFK Journalism award for coverage of a range of stories from presidential campaigns, to conflicts in the Middle East, natural disasters, the racial divide in America, as well as arts and features.

As a veteran senior manager at ABC News, Just has worn a number of other hats, including Acting Washington Bureau Chief, Acting Executive Producer of “This Week with Christiane Amanpour” and chair of the network’s Diversity Committee.
